Islamabad: Senator Sitara Ayaz, Secretary-General of the International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC), accompanied by Mr. Naeem, Chief Technical Adviser, and Ms. Mehk Butt, Manager Communications, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Islamabad and held a cordial and productive meeting with His Excellency
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and explored avenues to enhance engagement between the International Parliamentarians Congress and the Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan. Discussions focused on promoting parliamentary dialogue, institutional collaboration, and cooperation on regional and global issues.
Senator Sitara Ayaz reaffirmed IPC’s commitment to advancing this partnership through parliamentary exchanges, international engagement, and joint initiatives, expressing confidence that these efforts would further strengthen the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and Tajikistan.
