H.E. Mr. Mohammed Ali Houmed, President of Djibouti National Parliament and Acting Chairman of the African Union Parliament visited International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC) with his delegation on 1st January 2021.
H.E. Senator Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, President International Parliamentarians’ Congress (IPC) shared the role of IPC to the Djibouti delegation, stating it as an international organization which provides platform to the individual Parliamentarians around the globe to work for climate change, food security, human rights, peace, conflict resolution, health research, quality control dialogue, for the firm promotion of democracy and significantly for electoral reforms. It encourages inclusive cooperation to develop strategies for strengthening democratic values; and eliminating barriers to cooperation through engagement in dialogue to promote prosperity around the world.
H.E. Mr. Mohammed Ali Houmed, President of Djibouti National Parliament and Acting Chairman of the African Union Parliament appreciated the role of IPC and signed MOU with H.E. Senator Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, President International Parliamentarians’ Congress (IPC) to formally work together to resolve global issues and bring world peace through this forum. Moreover, Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, President International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC) offered H.E. Mr. Mohammed Ali Houmed to become the Vice President of IPC, to which he agrees and formally became the Vise President of International Parliamentarians’ Congress (IPC).
