  • Dr. Duarte Pacheco, the Head of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU)
  • A two-member delegation from the Association of World Election Bodies (AWEB)
  • Chief Guest, Senator Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan and President of IPC
